The BO-CNC1312 is built on an aged-steel frame topped with a natural marble surface, delivering table flatness within ±0.015 mm. Imported ball screws and square linear guides maintain straight-line accuracy of ±0.05 mm across the full 1300 × 1200 mm cutting area, eliminating the dimensional drift common in cast-iron platforms.
The 360° rotating knife holder adjusts cutting pressure automatically based on the geometry being cut — straight lines, arcs, inner curves, or outer curves each receive optimized force and speed profiles. Acceleration and deceleration zones at start and end points are calculated in real time, ensuring clean edges on contoured and special-shaped glass without manual tuning.
Operators import designs directly from AutoCAD or use the built-in template scanning function to digitize physical samples point by point. The software then selects the optimal cutting path, balancing speed and accuracy, while a built-in shape library stores frequently used patterns for instant recall.
From 0.13 mm mobile phone cover glass to 6 mm decorative or process glass, the machine serves photoelectric, cosmetic mirror, clock, disc, and architectural glass applications — replacing costly imported CNC equipment at a significantly lower investment.
A standard keyboard-and-mouse interface with bilingual Chinese/English display lowers the training barrier. Pneumatic automatic oiling synchronizes with each cut cycle, and a lower-knife limit protection function prevents tool damage. An automatic production counter tracks output without additional MES integration.
