Automatic, Powerless Leveling

Heavy-duty coil springs compensate for load changes automatically — as items are removed from the pallet, the platform rises; as items are added, it lowers. No electricity, hydraulic pump, or control panel is needed, which means zero energy cost and virtually no maintenance.

Ergonomic Efficiency

By keeping the working layer of the pallet near waist height, the leveler reduces bending, reaching, and lifting strain for operators. The 360° turntable further eliminates the need to walk around the pallet, shortening pick-and-pack cycles and lowering fatigue-related injury risk.

Stable, Safe Operation

A central shock absorber cushions platform movement during load transitions, preventing jarring drops that could damage products or injure operators. Quick-plug locking pins secure the scissor arms in a fixed position when the unit is being moved or serviced.
